* What to expect?
Your home away from home. Comfy places for adults to sit (and drink coffee) while watching their kids have fun, explore and be creative.
* Will there be coffee?
Yes! Also snacks! We want to make sure everyone has fuel to play!
Yes, we understand babies and toddlers may have allergies or be picky eaters so feel free to bring what you need. We'll have more snacks when you run out.
* Can I bring my own food?
Open Play is 2 hours with the option to pay for additional hours. That being said, it is a lot of stimulation! Babies and toddlers get tired (and cranky), so most families spend 1-2 hours with us. Classes and experiences are typically 45 minutes and include one hour of Open Play.

* Can I wear shoes?
The Rainbow is a Shoes Off Socks On environment! No, shoes are not allowed. You must wear socks - grippy socks are great! Tiny kid feet are very cute, but let’s keep them covered to ensure the space is as clean as possible.
The Rainbow was created for babies and toddlers aged 0 months to 7 years old and their grown-ups. While you are more than welcome to bring your entire family, older kids might be less interested in our toys and experiences.

We are always looking for new members for our team! Moms or early childhood educator students are especially welcome!
* What time is open play?
Open play is all day, every day! From 9am to 6pm unless otherwise posted (sometimes we have private birthday parties)
* How much do open play & curated experiences cost?
Open play is $34 for two hours. Enrichment Classes are generally $40 & include one hour of open play. We know babies and toddlers are unpredictable and may wander away from a class to play with something else so we want to give them the option to explore.
We also have memberships starting at $325 that come with special perks and members-only events. Sibling discounts are also available.
* Do you offer child care?
No. We are not a daycare. Adults are 100% responsible for the child / children they bring.
* Will someone supervise my child at The Rainbow?
No. You are 100% responsible for your child / children when at The Rainbow.
* Are walk ins allowed?
You can walk in, but you will still need to be signed into your The Rainbow account at the kiosk at arrival.

* Do we do parties?

* What is your cancellation policy?
Generally open play and all activities are non-refundable. If you have an emergency please contact us.
* Does my baby need to pay if they come with their older sibling?
The Rainbow is designed for babies and kids! Babies up to 4 months old who come with their sibling can play for free! Once they are 5 months old, they are welcome to use the sibling discount.
* Where do I park my stroller?
As you know space in the East Village is limited and we’d rather give you as much space to play inside as possible. Stroller parking is outside surrounded by a white picket fence and covered by giant umbrellas. Of course we do our best to protect your property from rain and can bring smaller folded strollers inside.
